TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Best Dog Training Orlando LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or training programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website or enrolling in our dog training services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide professional dog training services in Orlando, FL, including (but not limited to) private lessons, board & train programs, puppy training, service/therapy/emotional support dog training, protection training, and behavioral modification programs.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. By enrolling your dog, you represent that you are the legal owner or authorized guardian of the dog.

4. TRAINING RESULTS DISCLAIMER

While our trainers are experienced and dedicated, results may vary based on each dog’s temperament, history, and the consistency of owner follow-through. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate information about your dog’s health, behavior, and vaccination history.

  • Follow training instructions provided by our trainers.

  • Maintain your dog’s health and safety during and after training sessions.

  • Supervise your dog and reinforce training at home.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough).

  • Dogs with contagious illnesses or parasites may not attend training until cleared by a veterinarian.

  • Aggressive dogs may require special handling and evaluation before acceptance.

7. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Deposits may be required and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • No refunds will be issued once a program has started, except at our discretion.

8. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a private session to avoid forfeiting the lesson.

  • Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Board & Train programs require advance scheduling and may have stricter cancellation policies.

9. LIABILITY WAIVER

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of dog training. You agree that Best Dog Training Orlando LLC, its trainers, and staff will not be held liable for:

  • Injuries to your dog, yourself, or others that may occur during or after training.

  • Property damage caused by your dog.

Clients are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times.

10. WEBSITE USE

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or misuse our content.

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the site.

11. PRIVACY POLICY
